Testimonials

“Sea for Yourself helped us to plan and carry out a very complex and challenging live sequence on the Thames featuring the racing yacht Maiden and her crew. The broadcast was a huge success, thanks in no small part to Alex and Phil’s professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. They knew exactly what we needed editorially, visually and from a safety perspective – all of which allowed us to concentrate on what we were doing, safe in the knowledge that they had our backs. When you are juggling so many variables from tides, to wind, to live timings – including Tower Bridge opening – they provided exactly what we needed.”

“Phil was superb in ensuring safety upon the boats, very experienced in all filming requirements and a gold-mine of Thames & Boat safety. I would highly recommend him for any river / sea filming requirements in the UK.”

David Osborne - Medic and Safety Advisor for TV/film productions

“Alex and Phil took us, two producers, a camera operator and a contributor out on a beautiful boat for a day of filming in Portsmouth. Alex as a TV journalist herself was extremely helpful as she understood how to get the shots and was the 'spotter' i.e kept the person filming safe on board, so they could concentrate on the filming. Would highly recommend to other filmmakers. The shots look great. Thank you Alex and Phil!”
